Fax Communication Software

Fax software enables faxing via the PC. Fax servers simplify the organization of incoming and outgoing documents for multiple workstations. The use of fax software or a fax server is recommended to optimize the office organization. In the case of fax software for single workstations, the fax is usually sent via an ISDN card integrated in the PC or notebook. For multiple workstations, it is recommended to use a fax server that controls and executes the sending of faxes centrally for all computers and PCs connected in the network. In addition to stand-alone enterprise solutions, there are also extensions for Microsoft Exchange Server or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (formerly NAV).
