What is welante?

The KursManager of welante GmbH supports you in the sometimes very complex and demanding processes in event and education administration. welante offers with the KursManager a comprehensive administration system to digitally optimize these processes and to create automated workflows. By networking the information, the administration of participants, lecturers and rooms of your seminars, training courses and courses is considerably facilitated.

The modern and powerful software accompanies you from planning to billing and evaluation in all course management tasks. Via the cloud, the welante course management software with the latest web technology provides you with all data for independent work. You can always and everywhere access documents, room and resource data, prospective customer and member data as well as dates. Open interfaces, e.g. to WordPress, also enable the flexible exchange of company data between the most diverse web applications.

Thanks to its modular structure and web-based architecture, welante course management can be flexibly adapted and extended to your specific requirements and needs.

  • Course module for the entire seminar and course administration
  • Invoice module for invoicing and accounts receivable management

In addition, it provides an overview of the comprehensive function catalog with more than 800 field-tested tools.
