VENTAS - a modern software and organisation solution for nationally and internationally active companies

VENTAS is a programme that is specially designed to meet the needs of nationally and internationally active companies. VENTAS serves as a modern software and organisational solution based on a modular structure. 

A VENTAS solution is based on a selection of approx. 1,000 components (parameterisable individual programmes) that represent an optimised solution for the selected area. For example, VENTAS Import represents a solution optimised for import. This was developed through a usage concept of the software that covers all important concerns for the customer and user.

VENTAS is therefore an easy-to-use standard software, which gives the user security in the application and ensures minimum introduction times.

Thanks to VENTAS, the following has been developed for various areas such as

• the industry
• of the trade
• the wholesale trade
• the import
• the export
• the commercial agency

corresponding solutions have been implemented, which are already being used by leading trading companies.

The VENTAS system has numerous possibilities for adjustments in data processing, so that adaptations in the sense of programme changes can be largely avoided. In this way, a customised solution that deviates from the standard can be made possible. For example, it is possible for the user to work lot-, article- or project-oriented.

VENTAS.accounting can be used as a financial system and is mostly used for financial accounting with cost unit and cost centre accounting.

Since VENTAS can also be used for internationally active companies that may operate in different countries, the user interface of the VENTAS series is available in several languages.

• French.

VENTAS is currently working on the preparation of further languages.

The VENTAS series is constantly being adapted to the latest technical standards. As a rule, a new release is available to the user once a year. 

In addition to the user software, VENTAS offers other valuable services such as organisational consulting and IT analysis. This ensures the optimal use of the software in your company.
