Since 1.07.2020 there is a reporting obligation of cross-border tax arrangements. However, users and intermediaries must already monitor cross-border tax arrangements since June 25, 2018. The arrangement must be reported to the BZSt within 30 days after "making the arrangement available". This reporting process can be efficiently mapped with the IT tool U2 DAC6 module.
