Recurring costs are automatically distributed to the corresponding performance months. Posting takes place automatically in intertrans financial accounting or via an interface compatible with Addison, DATEV, Diamant, Navision, Sage, SAP, Varial and other systems. To ensure maximum efficiency in cost entry, we offer three different entry options, depending on your individual situation. The fuhrparkmanager automatically reads cost data from interfaces such as fuel data from fuel cards or from the company fuel station. Alternatively, you can also enter receipts individually and sort the costs by vehicle.
The TMS displays vehicle and supplier data. Customers can create or visualize cost groups and cost types, e.g. related to a year. The solution enables a vehicle-related appointment management. These appointments are visualized directly in the user display when using dispoplan, the solution for graphical scheduling developed by Doll + Leiber.
If a transport operator uses the intertrans transport management solution, the orders assigned to the respective vehicles there are automatically included in the calculation of costs and returns. Through the interaction with the modules Transport Management (intertrans) and Disposition (dispoplan), entrepreneurs receive a comprehensive transport management software.
