The financial accounting, dunning, payment and cost accounting components of TOPIX are certified several times, GoBD-compliant and have numerous interfaces. Used consistently, they almost completely replace manual posting: postings are created automatically for incoming and outgoing invoices, bank statements are imported electronically and automatically assigned to open items, ready for posting. Open items are automatically cleared. The DATEV interface with document image transfer enables the transfer of master and transaction data directly to the tax advisor.
The multi-client capable program offers double-entry bookkeeping according to GAAP with integrated accounts receivable/payable accounting, maintenance of open items, as well as freely definable account frames and posting periods. Here you can play in the accounting luxury class: Even users with small volumes will appreciate the easy-to-access and always up-to-date overview of account sheets, totals and balance lists, balance sheets and profit and loss statements. Income/surplus calculations (EÜR) are quick and easy to create. In larger companies, the powerful database can also handle large amounts of data.
If desired, the program can also be expanded to include complete business management with order processing, warehouse management and purchasing. The advantage of such integration: if the interaction of all TOPIX modules is consistently exploited, manual posting is hardly necessary anymore: Postings for outgoing and incoming invoices are automatically generated by importing them from the order processing or purchasing modules, and bank statements are imported electronically via TOPIX Banking. They are then automatically assigned to open items and prepared for posting. The clearing of the open items is also fully automated (but can, of course, be manually reprocessed in the item maintenance).
