In the IMS Portal all documents and processes of your company are always up to date. The fully automated versioning and archiving as well as the integrated release and steering process are of course designed to be audit-proof.
Well-designed user roles, individual dashboards and automated notifications ensure targeted and goal-oriented information management throughout the entire company. With the optional extensions such as sycat eLU, sycat portal start page or sycat MAM, the portal can become the central company platform for your integrated management system.
All processes and documents are always up-to-date. All changes made are traceable and transparent at any time.
For the use of the sycat IMS portal, each user receives a single sign-on, which makes it possible to make processes and documents available to each employee with the appropriate authorizations. Thereby a high acceptance is achieved, because each reader only sees the relevant information which is important for him.
You have the option to request an active read confirmation from each employee for new or changed documents. This ensures that the employee has read and understood the document, as he or she must provide the confirmation.
The customizable quick search feature allows the user to immediately find the desired document or process. Suggestions are made to the user even while entering the search term.
With the freely customizable approval and management process, you can adapt your workflow precisely to the needs of your organization using flexible role models. From creation to distribution to archiving, your control process always remains traceable and audit-proof.
Within the "Document Types" category, you have the ability to flexibly customize the responsibilities for the approval process to meet your organization's specific requirements for creation, review, approval, and revision. When creating, reviewing, or modifying, the created document types are automatically populated with text markers.
Whenever documents are changed, a comparison version is automatically created. Changes can thus be recorded immediately by any user without having to read the entire document.
Thanks to a clear task list, you retain full control over your processes at all times. The task list can be filtered and sorted according to numerous criteria.
With the sycat Process Designer you can quickly and easily create clear graphics of your business processes. Via drag & drop you can map all activities step by step with predefined modeling elements and add all related documents, IT systems, standard chapters, but also risks and improvement approaches to the individual sections.
Regardless of the level of detail you choose, this modeling convention allows for incredible transparency and clarity over the processes represented. Like on a map, you gain the greatest possible overview and recognize correlations as well as optimization potentials at a glance.
Due to the intuitive user interface and predefined modeling conventions, business processes in different levels of detail can be modeled with the sycat Process Designer simply by drag & drop without much training effort.
All information, for example documents, IT systems, standard chapters, risks or also improvement approaches, can be deposited to the individual process steps. All information is stored centrally in an SQL database.
The transparency created in this way provides the basis for numerous analyses that can be documented directly in the software. In this way, you can uncover all the potential for optimizing your operational processes.
