External systems can be integrated via modern API interfaces (Restful Web Services). With mobile work, many functions for goods receipt, warehouse management, production control and execution as well as inventory can be carried out conveniently and on the move using a smartphone. The system is largely desktop, partly web-based (one source code - cross-platform) and can be easily expanded.
