What is Solution2?

Solution2 is a comprehensive, database-supported application software for merchandise management and production that has been specially developed for trading and manufacturing companies. As an integrated information and processing system, it offers transparent infrastructure software that supports the entire company. The ERP modules include customer and supplier management (CRM, SCM), quotation tracking, order processing, orders, merchandise management, production control, document management and quality assurance. By developing in mixed operating system environments, solution2 enables seamless integration of all business areas and offers a complete solution for modern medium-sized and smaller companies, both in the manufacturing and retail sectors.

The software addresses the challenges that arise from using multiple stand-alone solutions, such as redundant data, duplicate data entry and inefficient information flows. With solution2, all the necessary organizational elements work together within one system thanks to uniform functionalities and user interfaces. The standard version includes the basic, sales, purchasing and production modules, supplemented by hazardous materials, finance, quality inspection and database access.

All employees access a common database, which increases data consistency and minimizes sources of error. In addition, solution2 integrates important functions such as CRM, support, word processing, document management and internal communication, eliminating the need for separate components and significantly increasing efficiency and user-friendliness.

Target groups:

Our software is particularly suitable for companies that have high requirements for data integrity, process security and traceability and that may be audited. Our customers are from the chemical, pharmaceutical, electrical and wholesale industries. We have fully integrated all the necessary functions. From CRM to quotation, order, purchase order, production, quality, materials management, purchasing, shipping, warehousing, inventory, parts lists/recipes, finance, hazardous materials management, laboratory information system (Lims), document manager and much more. External systems can be integrated via modern API interfaces (Restful Web Services). With mobile work, many functions for goods receipt, warehouse management, production control and execution as well as inventory can be carried out conveniently and on the move using a smartphone. The system is largely desktop, partly web-based (one source code - cross-platform) and can be easily expanded.
