The main advantage of the SIDOUN Globe® AVA software is that the complete client is programmed in the latest.NET technology and therefore no longer needs to be installed. The client is simply distributed to the individual computers via copy and paste. All updates are primarily carried out on the server and from there forwarded to the clients.

The constant further development through user impulses means that SIDOUN Globe® brings many functions with a unique selling point to the application. The multi-window technology is one example; the next is navigation via the main window to predefined or individually customized APP boxes. The special Excel-inside function is also groundbreaking. It provides a bidirectional and real-time synchronous link between your MS Office documents and the AVA software. If values change in the Excel tables, the corresponding values in the AVA software also change automatically. If you correct quantities or prices in the AVA software, the corresponding fields in the Office documents are automatically adjusted. Excel-inside offers you many application possibilities for your daily work processes, including your own variables. Quantity determination, HOAI, determination of unit prices, cost overview, cost monitoring, cost control, liquidity planning, circulars, invoicing and much more. MS Excel is fully integrated into SIDOUN Globe®. All entries such as areas and quantities for calculation as well as prices are possible directly in Excel. Additional descriptions can be attached to the calculations for documentation purposes. MS Word is also fully integrated and SIDOUN Globe® has direct access to the personal MS Word installed on the user's computer. All of Word's functions and options are available as usual for creating service specifications. Images, PDFs and other files are conveniently placed in the long text using drag and drop. With the BIM solution in SIDOUN Globe®, a continuous, transparent workflow can be realized between AVA software and CAD, which can communicate with each other bidirectionally. The use of a shared database enables direct and secure work.

Another innovative business intelligence tool is the parameterized calculation for flexible adaptation in the offer process. To do this, the required variables are first created once and then conveniently provided with values for the specific project. This means that an automatic and immediate evaluation is available for the quantity determination and the resulting costs. If the data changes – new room height, changed number of windows, different wall length, etc., the changed costs are visible at a glance.
