Your employees can enter and track their vacation entries in the rexx HR employee portal via any PC with a browser. A complete history of all leave bookings is available for retrieval in the employee portal at any time. This creates trust and reduces unnecessary processes.

Vacation, and what else?

Vacation Manager supports not only vacation management but also special leave, compensatory days, expired / compensated leave or the documentation of business trips, professional school hours, incapacity to work, regular working days, etc.. - just as you wish. You can define new booking types and balances yourself at any time.

The integrated workflow engine allows you to control the processes, e.g. automatic email reminders if a supervisor has not approved the vacation request or notifications if there is still too much remaining vacation at the end of the year. The workflow engine ensures that vacation entitlements are calculated automatically, e.g. in case of entries/leavings during the year, recalculation of entitlements due to age limits, etc.

The search&list function enables convenient reports and statistics, which you can also make available to your superiors: Remaining leave lists, lists of absences due to illness, target/actual comparisons, carryovers, .... - and this both at employee level or cumulatively at any organizational level.
