QS-Beleg is suitable for interpreting forms with a wide variety of features. First, the papers are scanned and then markings, barcodes and 2D barcodes (PDF417 and DataMatrix), machine print and hand block print are recognized and evaluated in any combination and number on the generated image file. QS-Beleg runs under Windows operating systems.
The results of the evaluation can be made available directly for subsequent applications (SAP, PAISY, EASY, Excel, etc.).
With the optional 'on-screen' correction program, the recognition results can be checked and corrected on screen.
Many customer-specific solutions have been implemented on the basis of QS-Beleg (e.g. forms, spa cards in Westerland on Sylt, time recording for various customers, delivery bills, address reading, order cards, questionnaires, customer surveys, meter reading cards for electricity and gas). Depending on the application and system configuration, several hundred to over ten thousand receipts and forms are processed per day.
Note: QS-Beleg is not artificially throttled in terms of reading performance. Even at the basic price, the full performance of your computer is used to process an unlimited number of documents.

QS-Beleg MED is a proven software for reading and interpreting forms in laboratories, referral practices and laboratory groups (QS-Beleg LG).
Low-cost feed scanners are used to scan the health insurance referral forms such as Form 6 (order service), Form 10 (laboratory referral), Form 10A (request form for laboratory groups) and Form 39 (cytology). The patient master data printed in accordance with the standards of the National Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians (KBV) and the other data specific to the certificate are recognized, as are the two-dimensional barcodes (Data Matrix and PDF417). The scanned images are available for information and as a digital archive.
In addition to the referral slips standardized by the KBV, laboratories are increasingly reading individually designed laboratory cards, combination slips and IGEL slips in order to automatically record patient and request data.
The reading quality has increased significantly in recent years through the use of gray or color images. Even the faintly printed bills no longer cause any problems.
The data is checked for plausibility and made available to the downstream systems.
The current versions of QS-Beleg MED and QS-Beleg LG also support the recognition of two-dimensional PDF 417 barcodes on the new pink forms, which are produced in practices with blank form printing.
