PROLAG WMS

forms the core of the PROLAG World intralogistics software suite. With over 150 modules and numerous configuration options, it allows all types of warehouses to be mapped in the system. Our Warehouse Management System manages all aspects of your intralogistics and provides all relevant data and information at a glance. PROLAG Automation

is our software solution for warehouse automation. Coordinated by the material flow controller, our software monitors and manages every movement in the warehouse. PROLAG Automation can manage all forms of mechanized automation such as stacker cranes, shuttles, lifts, robotic systems, high-bay warehouses, sortation systems, conveyors and much more. Customized strategies, visualization and route calculation are combined to achieve perfect material flows. All automated warehouse areas can be mapped together with non-automated sections of your warehouse.

PROLAG Hazmat 

is a software solution developed by CIM that makes it possible to safely store hazardous substances and materials in accordance with all relevant regulations and to optimally prepare their transport. The software monitors quantities in specific storage areas and ensures that applicable legal requirements are met. It also provides an overview of material lists for article sets, some of which consist of hazardous materials, as these are often neglected. PROLAG Hazmat meets all safety requirements for the transport of dangerous goods by automatically including the ADR document, the IMO declaration or the IMDG code in the transport documents. In addition, the system significantly optimizes the shipping process in terms of packaging and shipping of the goods.

PROLAG Production 

represents a true revolution in intralogistics compared to conventional MES systems. It enables precise tracking of batches and individual components of a manufactured item, including the raw materials used. Through functions such as automatic replenishment, route optimization and campaign planning, we significantly increase the efficiency of your production. With PROLAG Shipping, you can easily work with various depots and carriers, including maritime transport. The software allows you to print lists and labels according to transportation and package delivery requirements. It also provides interfaces with weighing systems, PLCs, labelers and printers. With modules for shipment tracking, statistical evaluations and cost recording, PROLAG Shipping is an indispensable tool for optimizing your outbound logistics.

PROLAG Transport

naturally expands outbound logistics for companies with their own fleet of vehicles. Our logistics experts have developed the tour management functionality so that the route from the shipping area to the recipient is seamlessly integrated into the overall intralogistics flow. The system offers a variety of convenient functions to easily book shipments to a temporary storage facility or ship to the end customer. Based on available item information, shipments are automatically assigned to a suitable tour. The app offers various confirmation options such as digital signatures, employee initials or a photo function.
