PLANTA pulse is a tool for collaboration and agile project management that enables teams of any size to manage their tasks flexibly and plan projects agilely. Everyone in the team is kept up to date, regardless of where they are working, even on the move via smartphone. This improves collaboration across the enterprise.
The project planning of larger agile projects is facilitated by the possibilities to structure projects and boards and to assemble project teams with different permissions.
Intuitive Kanban boards support the user in quickly creating tasks and inviting teammates to work on them. Among other things, the software allows quick access to planning objects e.g. favorites, recently viewed. Project working times can be flexibly recorded directly on the map in the Kanban board or in the list of all tasks in which an employee is scheduled.
All information, assigned files and checklists can be viewed in PLANTA pulse directly in the task itself. This simplifies communication, makes the data situation more transparent, and makes most e-mails superfluous. Communication with external parties can also take place via PLANTA pulse. By assigning rights, for example, only the read and comment functions can be enabled. In this way, communication with external project participants is streamlined.
The board overview lists all boards by category and displays them in thumbnail format. The activity bar of all boards provides the current status about new members, cards and comments.
Sie können PLANTA pulse & PLANTA project auch als PLANTA-Hybrid nutzen. Damit können Sie in einem integrierten System die Vorteile aus beiden PM-Welten, der agilen und der klassischen, nutzen.
