You can significantly reduce the effort of payroll accounting by doing everything in one tool. The master data is available, the time data is recorded, vacation data, days of absence, etc. are also available and Personio Payroll takes care of the rest. Automations shorten your payroll process. The software also takes care of the direct registration and deregistration of your employees with authorities.
Of course, any number of types of documents (e.g. employment contract, payroll, etc.) can be securely stored and managed in the digital personnel file. Employees can also view and upload their documents themselves. For example, training certificates can be stored. Your employees only see the areas that have been defined for them.
Existing employee data, such as master data or salaries, can be easily imported when setting up the software. The previous data only needs to be available in Excel spreadsheets for this purpose. Personio is installed and ready for use within 4-8 weeks.
