Warehousing and material tracking
Integrated warehousing is used to manage spare parts, consumables and tools for maintenance work. You know exactly in which systems or system parts certain spare parts are installed.
Parts lists
The parts lists feature is particularly helpful in the event of a fault. You have an immediate overview of which spare parts are needed. Plant downtimes can therefore be considerably reduced.
Purchasing lists
The purchasing list informs you in good time about the need to purchase spare parts, taking delivery times into account. Material bottlenecks are avoided and system downtimes are reduced.
The maintenance planner also supports you with cost control and cost allocation, inventory turnover control and just-in-time.
External company management
There are maintenance measures for which it is more cost-effective to have them carried out by external companies. The software offers you the option of printing out tender documents, controlling maintenance work using daily, weekly or monthly order sheets, creating acceptance reports and so on.
System data such as: Location, operating hours, technical inspection date, etc. Evaluations of the system data, technical inspection appointment logs can be managed. Data from external companies can be recorded.
