What is mydocma LI?
The mydocma LI Living app ensures that complaints about residential properties are processed smoothly by enabling direct communication between owners, property residents and the responsible companies. The app can be accessed with a simple QR code scan to identify the corresponding residential unit and room structure. Defects can be reported via a user-friendly mobile interface that offers, among other things, selection lists (location, component), photo documentation and a description field. The mydocma MM server solution is used for further processing (e.g. notification of defects, release notification, scheduling, etc.). The automated e-mail notification, the document archive, the process history, the deadline and traffic light system and much more make the process transparent and comprehensible for all parties involved.
