KIPSS for maintenance engineers is a maintenance, planning and control system (IPS system) that incorporates knowledge from over 35 years of practical experience in this field. The application not only covers all maintenance requirements, but can also be used quickly as it is straightforward, easy to learn and easy to use.

KIPSS is a tool that adapts to the wishes and specific requirements of the user and can therefore be used in all sectors and areas. The modular concept allows only those modules to be used that are actually required. This allows you to save costs and maintain an overview. The programme is based on a database that contains comprehensive information about the operating facilities managed by the maintenance department. This includes building and plant data, data on the vehicle fleet and machinery, tools, equipment and technical facilities.

On request, you can be supported during the introduction of KIPSS and can take advantage of the services required to realise the IPS system (consulting, design, training, support, assistance, data collection, checklist creation for maintenance and inspection).

The basic module of KIPSS offers the possibility of creating a plant structure to which all relevant information can be assigned. You can manage commercial and technical data, system types, assemblies, components and elements safely and easily using simple search, move and copy functions.

With the maintenance and inspection module, you can take all preventive measures to avert damage and faults to systems. It allows you to better organise employees and carefully document the work carried out. The damage monitoring and plant inspection module provides ready-made (expandable) catalogues for damage patterns, causes and measures, while the operational safety regulation module provides ready-made (expandable) hazard assessments and risk analyses for over 500 items of equipment. Modules for labour management, materials management, cost control and budgeting are also available.
