FAUSER MDC records the actual working times required manually, on the Internet, with a barcode or directly at the machine and provides evaluations by order, person and workstation.
Alone or together with other modules, FAUSER MDC provides meaningful figures that safeguard your productivity.
As with all FAUSER AG programs, FAUSER MDC, the solution for production data collection, focuses on simple operation to ensure user acceptance. The introduction of store floor data collection systems in particular is often viewed critically in the workshop sector, as the fear of excessive control often prevails. For this reason, FAUSER AG offers the option of customizing the booking processes via parameters. For example, it is possible to map the "workshop logging" that exists in many places, where the worker only reports back his order-related hours, as well as booking via start/end messages. In this way, employees in the workshop can be gradually introduced to automated order time recording.
Actual times can be recorded for post-calculation via keyboard input or touch-sensitive screens (e.g. touch screen or industrial PC) or via barcodes. Input via the industrial barcode scanner is the most reliable method for avoiding input errors during data entry.
Another functionality that goes beyond the capabilities of conventional PDC systems is that it also allows the worker to create operations. For example, a Formula 1 supplier, which does not plan its orders in advance due to minimal lead times, could be enabled to carry out realistic post-calculation and invoicing by means of transparent feedback of the value-added steps with FAUSER MDC.
Furthermore, the values determined can be used as a model for planning new orders. The FAUSER MDC monitor provides the user with a powerful and easy-to-use tool for evaluating the recorded data. The simple structure of the program enables the user to quickly evaluate information on individual orders, machines or employees.
