What is HM-LIMS?

With HM-LIMS, we offer you all the modules and components you would expect from a LIMS. We manage all processes in accordance with the standards and regulations of DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025 GMP, GLP. It is suitable for all requirements in contract or company laboratories, public institutes, hospital laboratories and state and municipal monitoring bodies. Our software is multi-client capable.

Our LIMS can be used for both individual and mass analysis:

  • Management of laboratory orders and samples
  • Recording of analysis results
  • Creation of test reports and certificates
  • Interfaces to accounting systems

The following applications are available:

  • Technical interfaces to analysis devices
  • Microtiter plate management
  • Management of offers, orders and billing
  • Interfaces to external large databases or data pools
  • Multilingual

With the report generator in HM-LIMS, you can create a variety of templates and reports and customize them to your customers' needs. The reports are versioned using the integrated document information system.

  • Interfaces to: Microsoft Office, OpenOffice, XML, WEB services, ASCII, host systems, analysis devices, Internet portals, external laboratories and customers, SAGE, Datev, SAP, Navision, e-mail and many more
  • Databases: MS-SQL, Sybase
  • Architecture: Client/Server (also via SSH or VPN), Terminal Server, CITRIX, application server or WEB server
  • Operating system: Microsoft Windows, network from Microsoft Windows Server 2008
  • Maintenance/support: Hotline, remote maintenance, maintenance contracts with different service levels
