With the Workflow module, Flintec digitizes recurring processes in time recording and access control. This digitizes, automates and optimizes approval procedures.

Flintec has integrated the module into the mobile time recording and access control app. The app was developed for the Android, iOS or watchOS operating system and as a web app. This allows workflows to be conveniently created on a smartphone or smartwatch.

Workflows are defined on a company-specific basis, e.g. absences, home office, rebooking as part of time recording and authorizations for access control. Applications are submitted independently by employees on their smartphone or smartwatch. The requests are sent to authorized persons (e.g. managers). The person responsible is informed of the request and the resulting need for action by email. The intervention (approval, release, rejection, acknowledgement) takes place in the associated FLINTEC T-Inspect administration interface on the browser. Approved requests are automatically forwarded to the time management system. The applicant receives feedback on the request by email.

The Workflow module optimizes approval procedures in time recording and access control and reduces the workload of the HR department.
