Flintec has integrated mobile project time recording as a modular extension to mobile time recording via app. The app was developed for the smartphone, tablet and smartwatch with Android, iOS or watchOS operating system.
All time bookings are related to a defined project: the recording of employees, project, activity, project time, location and comment. Project time recording is done with real-time status.
In order to display different projects regardless of their complexity and variety, various input options and search functions are available: Free text input (direct input), scanning a QR code, selection via a drop-down list and geofencing. When selecting a project via a small manageable dropdown list, only the projects relevant to a person are displayed, depending on the person's settings. When searching for projects via large lists with e.g. 500 projects, the search is done via a substring filter.
The mobile project time recording provides more transparency and a better resource management, for an easy administration and transparent accounting of projects.
