The FAUSER MES (Manufacturing Execution System) software solution has been developed precisely for the needs of production and covers the detailed planning and control tasks defined in VDI Guideline 5600.
The graphical planning board helps you to carry out production planning of machine utilization in real time, thereby increasing delivery reliability. It manages overtime and missing hours, optimizes the production sequence and provides automatic order scheduling.
Furthermore, the user is able to obtain an absolutely transparent view of the production processes and the actual capacity utilization.
FAUSER MES makes it possible to plan the entire value chain in real time, taking real capacities into account. In contrast to control station/APS systems, FAUSER MES is easy to control with high performance and is a tool for the human planner. The software does not make the decisions that production has to follow, but supports and reacts in real time to the dynamics in production.
FAUSER MES can also be used alone or integrated with an existing ERP/PPS system such as SAP/R3, Navision, Infor and others. Setting up FAUSER MES is uncomplicated and can be done quickly and easily without a great deal of effort; this also applies, of course, to integration with the FAUSER ERP software module.
