Kinopolis
The Kinopolis Group is one of the most traditional cinema companies in Germany. It has 17 cinemas in southern and central Germany. The special feature: Each movie theater is a separate company. Kinopolis Management Multiplex GmbH in Darmstadt relieves the individual theaters in contract management and invoice processing - with EASY Contract and EASY Invoice.
Talgo
When it comes to the maintenance and repair of railroad cars and railcars, no one can fool the long-established company Talgo. Just as little as when it comes to archiving and documenting records that must be retained: Here, the German subsidiary of the Spanish company relies on solutions from EASY SOFTWARE.
The company also handles contracts with the help of EASY SOFTWARE: Talgo installed EASY Contract in 2019. A short training phase in May was followed by a smooth go-live. Around 200 contracts that were previously stored in Sharepoint are now stored in the central archive.
The plan is to do away with paper altogether in the medium term. Talgo also wants to create the conditions for archiving order-related voice memos or photos with the help of EASY soon. “With EASY, we have a good partner at our side for such projects,” says Stephan Korte with conviction. “The solutions offer exactly what we need.
