DELECO® IMS, the maintenance management solution, enables the mapping and management of all maintenance and servicing processes for industrial companies and the municipal economy. In addition to plant availability, cost reductions and minimisation of liability risk are also taken into account, and organisational improvement and increased efficiency of the operation and maintenance process are achieved.

Systematic failure, damage and weak point analyses
DELECO® IMS is available as an integrated module of the ERP software DELECO® or as a stand-alone system. Existing interfaces guarantee compatibility with other ERP systems. Systematic fault, damage and weak point analyses increase plant availability. The response time for damage reports can be considerably reduced due to central data storage. Necessary maintenance and repairs are thus recognised at an early stage, mapped and supported throughout. Extensive calculation options are available for the corresponding services.

App for maintenance management
An app supports mobile working with DELECO® IMS. The app allows access via smartphone, tablet PC and co. and was developed for the Apple iOS and Android operating systems from Google. The functions for recording and processing fault messages can be used directly on site. The barcode of a machine is captured via the camera of the mobile device. The fault report can then be processed immediately on the smartphone or tablet PC. Additional information on the malfunction is stored centrally in DELECO®. All relevant information - such as the maintenance history of the object or related documents - is available via the app.
