ContinoProva is a framework that includes various tools for the automated testing of embedded software.
Existing and new test and development tools can be connected to the software. Open interfaces in the solution make it particularly easy and efficient to customize the test environment.
Executable test specifications are created quickly and easily with ContinoProva. The editor with its graphical user interface is intuitive to use and the test specification is easy to understand. Test instructions do not require a scripting language. After just a short training period, the tester is ready to go!
The solution transfers the debugging mechanisms familiar from software development to the test. Examine the test behavior by setting breakpoints and displaying the current values of signals and variables at specific points.
The core of the tool is the ContinoProva Client together with the ContinoProva Server. This core of the solution can be installed and operated on computers in the company network.
External development tools and test tools can be integrated via open interfaces. This allows you to continue using existing tools.
The test specifications are cross-tool, so that you can, for example, read or write signal values automatically or automate the initialization or calibration of connected devices such as an oscilloscope.
