Blink is a modular software for building cleaners. It consists of the following modules

With Blink Time, cleaning staff can record their times directly on site using a smartphone. The module includes a calendar that directly displays work carried out and planned assignments. There are also numerous convenient functions for property managers, from mobile duty scheduling to property management.

With Blink Plan, you can easily create duty rosters for large properties. Large properties can be divided into small, manageable units, making the creation of shifts particularly clear. Assign employees to individual shifts and reorganize shifts at short notice if necessary. All this can be done quickly and efficiently using the app.

Use Blink Check to display any forms in digital form. Easily bring previously paper-based processes into the digital world. There are no limits to the possibilities for digitizing forms. Digitize personnel questionnaires, employment contracts or property inspections and other processes that were previously only available on paper. With the Blink.Check module, you can also implement training courses or briefings, including automatic documentation for each employee.

Blink Active gives your building cleaning department a central communication and task management tool. The chat function ensures direct communication with the cleaning staff. Of course, everything is GDPR-compliant! Any number of workflows can be digitized and controlled via tickets.

With Blink Order, you have perfect control of the ordering process for all materials required in the company. The property management can order directly for the property. Approval processes are integrated. This ensures that budgets are not exceeded and the wrong products are not purchased. Any suppliers and products can be mapped. Assortments can be assigned per property. In this way, the same items are always purchased. Automatic order suggestions and templates simplify recurring orders.

Blink Insight - The module provides all the important information about your business. If required, your customers can see how many people are currently on site in their properties. All data from the Blink.Time and Blink.Active modules converge in this module. Attendances are made visible and customers can communicate easily via the ticket system.
