Whether requirements determination, BANF, selection of suppliers or order monitoring and control of goods receipts etc., the purchasing module of avista.ERP provides all functions for a complete and integrated purchasing information system. The highlights here include, for example, the one-off inquiry with different articles to n suppliers and the functions for comparing bidders. It goes without saying that orders can be sent by EDIFACT, e-mail or e-fax at the click of a mouse.

avista.ERP CRM module:

The CRM module is the central information point for all customer relationship data. The documents can be automatically stored as PDF files for the contact. The module includes telephone support with TAPI, campaign management, resubmission and task management and much more. Existing CRM systems can be integrated into avista.ERP via an interface.

avista.ERP Sales module:

The Sales module includes the article master data, central address management, quotation and order management and various pricing functions. Article descriptions can be created in any number of languages. Any number of EAN codes and any number of units of measure with conversion per item are also possible.

avista.ERP Materials Management module:

The module supports the common disposition procedures, key date inventory, permanent inventory, moving average price, creation of count lists and much more.

avista.ERP Production module:

Features of the Production module include the product configurator, variant generator, concurrent costing, rough and detailed planning, production control center and the graphical planning board.

avista.ERP Service and repair orders module:

The service and repair orders module maps asset management, maintenance and repair orders, complaints, service and spare parts orders, among other things. A wide variety of processes, such as regular maintenance, replacement, etc., can be easily controlled via this module.
