Version: 10.1
The ORDER ASSISTANT (order processing) offers order processing with order overviews, quotation templates and forecast planning. In addition, releases can be defined and complaint management can be set up. Order processing enables transparency in sales (follow-up on quotations, etc.). Extensive evaluation and analysis options are available. The ORDER ASSISTANT was created on the basis of the notation BPMN 2.0 and can thus also be flexibly adapted and documented. The assistant can be integrated into existing systems such as e.g. goods management, ERP, PIM, CRM, or DMS but also run as a web-based stand-alone.
