audius:Event for event management

audius:Event is the business software for all corporate divisions for the planning and administration of events and shows. The solution is attractive for congress centers, event organizers, leisure parks and cultural institutions. Companies with their own event worlds choose audius:Event to supplement their own CRM system.

Activities with audius:Event

The daily work with audius:Event ranges from the conception of individual services or attractions to their utilization and invoicing. Events need to be planned, marketed, resources booked and capacities optimally utilized.

To this end, audius:Event integrates a complex resource management system. Based on constantly updated availabilities, reservations, conflicts and utilization overviews of the individual resources are always in view.

Once the event has been held, the participants or their companies are invoiced. audius:Event takes into account specific price constellations and collective invoices.

The basis: Microsoft Dynamics 365

audius integrates event management into Dynamics 365 Sales. The logic corresponds to the look and feel of Dynamics 365 Sales when entering contacts, products, prices and campaigns. audius:Event then follows refined processes for event planning and organization and provides the tools for flexible event management:

  • Master data management
  • product deployment
  • Provision and booking of resources, resource optimization
  • Administration of events and participants
  • Planning of personnel deployment

Resource planning is carried out using Dynamics 365 Field Service, Customer Service or Project Operations, depending on the customer's requirements.

The solution covers everything from the design of services to invoicing. All users receive a standardized interface and redundancy-free data.
