With Aptean Advanced Workflow, you can monitor fields (mandatory fields) and manage process- or document-related document attachments in connection with the assignment to task groups and tasks at user and user group level. Time windows can be freely configured for each task/task group.
Escalation scenarios are visualized in a hierarchical display and can be freely structured. Coupling with an e-mail system (notification scenarios) is a natural part of this solution.
The focus of Aptean Advanced Workflow is always on the user. For example, the online help for the extensions has been merged directly with that of the core system. Nevertheless, there is of course room for customer-specific adaptations and/or other special solutions.
