With ConSense FORMS, ConSense GmbH is setting new standards in electronic form management: users of the web-based ConSense PORTAL can now also create forms and workflows quickly and easily with this practical tool. The module extends the ConSense basic software and could previously only be used with the software suite. With ConSense FORMS, individual form templates can be created and guided through electronic workflows without any special programming knowledge. This makes it easier for companies to document specifications and evidence, for example in quality management.
ConSense software solutions for the development of living, accepted QM and Integrated Management Systems (IMS) are also available as the terminal-independent solution ConSense PORTAL. The new version of the electronic form management ConSense FORMS has now been adapted to this web-based application. The new version has also further optimized the user-friendliness of ConSense FORMS.
The PORTAL version of ConSense FORMS includes the enhanced graphical workflow editor, which allows processes to be created intuitively and quickly. It offers even more freedom in the individual design of forms, views and more. Workflows are displayed as clear flowcharts. Self-explanatory icons illustrate the respective activities, e.g. sending e-mails or changing responsibilities. No special programming knowledge is required to set up standard processes. Preconfigured templates are available for many standard processes, e.g. complaint or contract management, accident reporting and more.
ConSense FORMS can be seamlessly integrated into the existing quality management (QM) or integrated management system (IMS). The electronic form management takes into account the individual organizational structures of companies as well as their role and rights concepts. Thanks to the REST API, SQL access (on-premise), Windows integration and external web services, the software can be seamlessly connected to existing IT systems to provide external data.
ConSense FORMS supports companies from a wide range of industries in the digitalization of their workflows. The application examples from ConSense's customer portfolio range from specification management in the food industry to complaint management in the chemical industry and patient surveys in the social services sector.
