We are looking for a software solution for an inbound service provider for order acceptance, order documentation and order processing in the IT and telecommunications sector (device faults, repairs).
The software should have a well-structured order description and enable approx. 20 configurable description fields (order number, order description, processor, etc.). It should be possible to assign approx. 10 processing statuses or statuses to the orders (query, batch number, etc.). The processing status (e.g. urgency, query, complaint) should be clearly visible in the order list.
If possible, an order-related e-mail dispatch should be included. Desirable: Depending on the selected order status, the content of the description field (serial number, batch number) is automatically written into an order-related e-mail.
Approx. 8 workstations are required.
