Software for patient transportation

We are looking for an industry software to support the cab, rental car and patient transportation sectors, with a focus on patient transportation.

The system should essentially cover the following functions:

• Incoming orders
• Recording of transport orders with the information, person, address (start/destination), time
• Scheduling
• Allocation of orders to the daily schedule, subsequent changes can be created and overwrite previous orders
• Order transmission
• Assignment of orders to employees, confirmation of employees for the order received, changes in the order situation are displayed and must be confirmed again
• Real-time tracking
• Tracking of vehicles via GPS
• Communication (e.g. order “completed”)
• Execution or completion notification of orders by employees required. Smartphone support is absolutely essential.
• Archiving the orders
• Create information database on which day, which order was carried out by which employee
• Calculation of employee wages and invoicing
• Filter functions and merging of orders per health insurance company (order, remuneration) and per employee (time, wages)
• Interfaces for transferring data to health insurance companies, payroll and tax offices (Datev)
• Transmission via DTA to the health insurance companies (invoicing), wage calculation of employees to the tax office

The system is to run on Windows. It is currently planned for 14 employees and 14 vehicles.

We were thinking of a purchase option with low maintenance costs.
