We will be opening a new event location next year. For this we need a simple but complete software. Different seminar rooms are to be rented out: individually, combined with each other, with and without catering, hotel, transfer, etc. A total of approx. 200 people (unseated) will fit into this location. So it's not that big. We also plan to offer our own events on a smaller scale. (cooking events, readings, etc.) We also want to cover the private sector (birthdays, weddings, etc.).

We have the following requirements for our software:

  • Simply structured
  • Complete: from quotations to reminders, warehousing, ordering from caterers, printouts for individual employees, etc. (We do not want to work with several systems if possible)
  • Support: computer (PC), iPad and cell phone and, if possible, online.
  • Interface to our existing CRM system in another area of the company (possibly via Excel data transport)

We need 3-4 workstations.
