Social institution seeks solution for training and further education management

IT project from: NGO (integration assistance)Project no. 25/3454, until: 3. JUL. 2025

We are a medium-sized social enterprise from southern Germany and mainly look after people with intellectual disabilities (integration assistance). We are currently looking for a tool, an application for our training and further education measures, as we offer several in-house training courses for our employees with external and internal lecturers. Each year, we have around 20 mandatory training courses and 10 voluntary training courses with several hundred participants.

We would like to be able to use the training and development tool as follows (if possible):

  • Further and advanced training courses are planned for the coming year and distributed to all employees - we want to do this with the application and of course also register, deregister and reregister, sometimes with some changes
  • the training officer should maintain the program or tool (enter all training courses, enter room and date changes, etc.)
  • Here we would like to have a complete overview, if changes are to be made, they should inform all those registered, etc.
  • Confirmation of deregistration by the chairperson (if possible)
  • Create and upload/download certificates
  • When registering, an e-mail should be sent automatically to show whether there are any changes, whether there are still places available, etc.
  • Upload and download handout
  • Confirmation of participation by the lecturer
  • Suitable for home office
  • On premises or cloud
  • etc.

A software workstation is planned. Work will be done with MS Windows.

The software should have the following functions.
