Promotional agency seeks personnel management software

We are looking for a personnel management software that should meet the following requirements:

• External promoters should be able to access the portal online via a link to create a master data sheet for themselves and upload at least two photos, a copy of their driver's license and ID.
• Internally, the database can then be searched using different search criteria.
• Promoters can be evaluated with grades and comments.
• If there is a match, e-mails can be sent to suitable applicants; it should be possible to export e-mail addresses.
• Individual promotion jobs can be created and promoters should be able to apply for these jobs here in the online portal under “Freie Jobs” (vacant jobs).
• It would be desirable to have a link to the payroll accounting, i.e. master data can be exported directly to Datev.
• Connection or integration of a project management and a reporting tool.

The software is planned for 3 workstations.
