Practice software wanted for a mobile veterinary practice

We are looking for a suitable program for our veterinary practice that will make our day-to-day work easier.

Up to now, we have been working with index cards and have therefore listed all our data for each client. Unfortunately, searching for individual clients is very time-consuming. We have two vets out on the road with clients, who write their activities in a book and transfer them from this book to index cards. This is the quickest and easiest way for the vets to quickly record their examinations and medication administration. However, the follow-up work is very time-consuming.

In our team, one vet works on a permanent basis, the other members of staff are only employed on an hourly basis, so we would like to test the software for longer than four weeks and are asking for a quote or a trial version that can be tested for at least 2-3 months.

The software should fulfill the following requirements:

• Patient management
• Vaccination reminders
• Reminders
• Connection to the GOT and Barsoi
• Text field for individual notes

Approx. 2-3 workstations are planned.
