We are a small occupational safety office and offer our customers support with regard to occupational safety. To do this, our employees travel to the customers and advise them on site.
We are looking for a software solution that enables us to record and manage customer data, record and evaluate the assignments with time and content. The customers have an agreed annual assignment time, which must be “processed” by our colleagues. That's why “normal” time recording doesn't work, it has to be a time recording system from which you can calculate down and which also displays the “residual values”. The software is used by 10 people and should ideally also be operable on a mobile device.
