We are a small service and trading company operating throughout Germany and in other European countries. We offer our services as a direct contractor or as a subcontractor. As a trading company, we sell our products to tradespeople and end users, directly, on account, and also through an online shop and to over 200 dealers. Our customers include companies in the building construction, tiling, natural stone, plumbing, architecture and building administration sectors, as well as public institutions such as municipalities, municipal utilities and swimming pools.
The statement "it all starts with the order" does not apply to us! A customer who has used our services or our products will not need our services again for at least the next 5 years, at least not for the same project. This means that every customer/project has to be acquired anew. We achieve this through trade fairs, press work in trade media, word of mouth and a large customer base in the retail, trade and architecture sectors. For us, everything starts with the "enquiry from a potential customer". The time between the enquiry and the order can be anything from 2 hours to 2 years. What is important is to follow up the enquiry until an order is generated! The customer projects are manageable in size and can be completed in 2 hours or in up to 2 weeks. Recording and monitoring materials or time, number of employees, etc. is not an essential issue.
