I am looking for a library software with full-text search within digitized scanned journals (industry: wind energy). The search should be designed so that I can search for content within the journals using a full-text search based on keywords. The result should then list the journals with titles where this keyword appears in which journal. However, the search should not be cloud or online based, but should be carried out locally within the database. Unfortunately, with many software solutions you can only search for media data such as the title etc. of the journal.
