We are general contractors in the construction industry. As part of this, we plan and build detached and semi-detached houses together with subcontractors and are now looking for an accounting software solution.
Our top priority for the software program is that we have to open a separate bank account for each project and therefore need our own online access.
We receive the incoming invoices as § 13 b UstG invoices without VAT, in some cases also as AZ invoices. We issue outgoing invoices with VAT.
All invoices must be allocated to the respective construction project. The number of projects and therefore bank accounts must be variable.
