We are looking for software to manage our event and building services for our cultural center.
We would like to have a better overview of our inventory. Because there are 4 different houses and the equipment is constantly moving from one house to another, it would be great if every authorized employee from every house could check what is where at any time.
From time to time, we also lend our equipment to external parties, which should of course be visible. A warning when consumables run out would also be an advantage.
We use a webmail server and our computers run on Windows.
About 6 workstations are planned.
