A regional utility company with energy supply and generation divisions (e.g. power plants, public transport with workshops) and other infrastructure functions is looking for software that can be used primarily to manage property insurance, e.g. fire, building, machinery, glass and electronics insurance.

The software should fulfill the following requirements:

  • The management of insurance policies, at least for property insurance. This is a 3-digit number with approximately a 4-digit number of insurance items and a 5-digit number of SAP asset master records.
  • A comparison of the insured items with SAP asset accounting and a convenient assignment of asset master records to insurance items would be nice.
  • Possibly expansion in the direction of personal insurance.
  • Annual generation of lists for the specialist departments for clear presentation of insurance policies and insured assets. Review and development of insurance policies with values.

The software is to be used at approx. 5 workstations.
