We are active in the financial sector and are looking for CTI software (Computer Telephony Integration). The software is to be installed on a computer and used to set up telephone connections from our central online system.
The communication data should be transferred from our online system to the CTI software (e.g. dialing a telephone number).
If it is technically feasible, it would be helpful if the fax function could also be covered in addition to the telephone function.
Currently, 1 to 2 software workstations are planned.
