We are a southern German construction company and are looking for construction software for project management. Our services include the construction of turnkey single and multi-family homes. In addition, we also act as a property developer and realize our own projects together with our own craftsmen and subcontractors.

The software should fulfill the following requirements

  • Document management- centralized storage and access to construction plans, contracts and reports
  • Communication management - real-time communication between site managers, team members and subcontractors
  • Defect recording - digital recording and tracking of defects directly on the construction site
  • Photo documentation - integration of images with comments and location information
  • Reporting - automated creation of daily reports and construction progress documentation
  • Quality check - identification of conflicts and errors in construction plans or models
  • Progress monitoring - checking construction progress against the original plan
  • Apps for smartphones and tablets (Android and iOS) that allow you to work directly on the construction site, create reports and share information
  • Interface to an existing construction and calculation solution
  • On premises or in the cloud

Six software workstations are planned. Work is carried out with MS Windows systems.
