PPF form

What is meant by PPF form?

A "PPF form sheet" refers to a Production Process Capability form sheet. This form sheet is used in the manufacturing industry to assess the capability of a production process to produce parts with the required specifications. It typically contains information about the characteristics of the part to be produced, the measurement method, the inspection frequency, the tolerances, as well as the results of the process capability study, such as Cp, Cpk, and PpK values.
