One of the certifications covers the storage via the SAP ArchiveLink interface, another certification confirms the use for SAP ILM via webDAV.

Special feature for public clients

xSuite provides public clients with a standardized, SAP-integrated solution for invoice processing. The SAP modules FI, MM, PSM and PSCD as well as the Municipal Master Finance are addressed. All invoice formats such as paper, PDF, XInvoice, ZUGFeRD, etc. can be processed. On November 29, 2021, the solution received gpaNRW approval. The SAP-integrated software is thus officially approved for the automated execution of transactions in North Rhine-Westphalian cities, municipalities and administrations.
