Our company was established in 1999 with a clear focus on IT services and software development in the field of Computer Aided Quality (CAQ). Since 2004 we have been successfully represented on the market as SCIIL AG with our leading standard software (currently Release 3.0). Our headquarters are located in Neuwied am Rhein, with a subsidiary in Kaunas/Lithuania. In addition, we maintain branches in various countries such as China, the USA and Russia, as well as local representatives worldwide.
SCIIL AG is a German stock corporation that is not listed on the stock exchange. The majority of the shares are owned by the management board, while about 16% are distributed internally. Our team consists of over 70 employees and a wide network of permanent partners and freelancers worldwide, enabling global strategy, roll-outs and support. Our software installations can be found all over the world, from numerous European countries such as Germany, France, Spain and Russia to overseas territories such as China, Australia, India and the USA.
