The startup Rentman was founded in 2010 and has grown steadily since then. As market leader for rental software in BeNeLux and with over 1000 customers from 50 countries, we have established ourselves worldwide. The focus of our young and dedicated team is not only to create and distribute an intuitive all-in-one solution for rental companies in the event industry but also to provide the best possible support. 

Before founding Rentman, company founder Roy van den Broek owned an event rental company himself and worked as a freelancer on the side. Increasing dissatisfaction with software solutions in the rental industry led Roy to develop his own software. Together with five large companies he created a requirements profile and started the development of Rentman. In the process, Roy benefited from his studies in computer science.

The result is a cloud-based, all-in-one solution that enables rental companies to process orders from the office and on the road, clearly view material availability at any time, and send quotes and invoices quickly and directly.

With the latest version of our software, Rentman 4G, we offer a large number of functions that enable rental companies to carry out their complete rental management clearly and easily. 

Rentman 4G solves three major problems that rental companies face.

  1. Clear material availability
    Rentman 4G's modern user interface provides a clear overview of all available materials and their destination from the very first moment. Material availability is automatically visualized in a timeline in Rentman, providing detailed insight into the current project status.
  2. Quickly generate quotes and invoices
    Generate quotes, contracts and invoices quickly and easily and send them directly from the software with just a few clicks. Customers can instantly sign quotes online using the built-in confirmation feature to approve projects.
    In addition, Rentman offers an extensive template library in multiple languages, where all templates can also be individually personalized.
  3. Staffing and transportation planning
    Rentman's modern and intuitive user interface enables fast and reliable planning of staff and transport. Available resources can be viewed, combined and planned at any time with just a few clicks.
    You can easily solve the daily puzzle of personnel and transport planning in the "Personnel Planner" module. After finishing the personnel planning, you can easily send the planning for each employee directly from Rentman, so that each employee knows exactly when he/she has to do which job. 

Rentman also offers many other features, such as a separate warehouse module, CRM, task management and time tracking.
