PSI Automotive & Industry GmbH offers solutions for the comprehensive optimization of value-adding processes at the production and detailed planning level under the brand name PSIpenta for the automotive and vehicle manufacturing industry, mechanical engineering and plant construction as well as the supplier industry. In doing so, the company draws on more than 30 years of experience. In addition to classic medium-sized companies, the company also addresses companies and corporations that want to integrate a system for more efficient production and/or maintenance processes into an already existing IT landscape. The solution portfolio of ERP, MES, WMS and SCADA components consists of new as well as completely modernized products based on the Java-based PSI framework. These solutions are supplemented by an AI-based workforce management system.
With the workflow-based MES, PSI is the technical leader. Workflows are used to control the processes across all applications. Without programming and extremely quickly, an adaptation of the processes to new requirements can thus be achieved.
PSI Software SE covers the entire value chain of manufacturing companies with its solutions. In addition to classic production control (push/pull processes), holistic optimization processes are offered, e.g. for sequencing in the short and medium term. With the interest group of PSIpenta users (IPA), PSI Automotive & Industry has had a vital customer association for almost 40 years. Regular events and working groups, the online customer community PSIng and the involvement of customers in product development illustrate the company's customer orientation.
Today, more than 30,000 users in over 500 industrial companies, many of them world market leaders in their industry, use the solutions of PSI Automotive & Industry. With over 1,900 employees, PSI Software SE generates approximately 200 million euros in sales per year.
